I visited the new Illinois Rd location tonight 12/17. We arrived about 4:45 and had our server ask for our drink order and bring those. Then radio silence for 25-30 minutes. I finally asked another server (awesome) if she could find our server as we had not seen her in 30 min. She said she was now our server because the other person had left. That was the first red flag.
