Everything is awesome, just wish they weren't seasonal, but it makes sense why they are.

Getting very pricey ($12 small malt and medium Razzle), but the ice cream is delicious. We splurge occasionally with some Zesto we enjoy it so much.

Parking: Limited parking on paved lot behind the shop. There is a vacant grassed lot adjacent to the parking lot that patrons park on.

There weren't many people there. It was the first time there in two years. The twist cone I had was delicious. The gal that took my order was friendly and polite.

The workers got our order wrong which was no big deal but then proceeded to question whether we did in fact order it. Then continued to be rude instead of just apologizing and fixing the minor detail missed. The ice cream was good but the service isn’t worth going back.

They have videos posted all over their page advertising a challenge to eat 23 Razzles in one setting for a $2200 prize. Drove four and a half hours just for the teenaged employees to give me "the owners phone number" at 260-261-2902. If you call it's clearly just a robotic line telling you the locations. False advertisement and terrible customer service.

Razzle was made terribly, it was two chunks of cookie dough and the rest ice cream. No effort was put into making it and was a total waste of money.

8 went for ice cream, plus about that many ahead of us. They worked through the line very quickly and accurately. A variety of desserts were served pleasantly.
Only problem was there was not much room to sit and enjoy.
But we did have a large group.
