Decided to give them another try months later.
Today I ordered an iced latte with decaf. She hands me a hot latte with caffeine. I told her that wasn’t what I ordered. Seconds later she hands me a “iced” coffee back I tell her thank you and she slammed the door shut. Tastes awful like she took the same hot coffee and poured it over ice.
Love the breakfast sandwiches and coffee is always delicious. Service is good too! Great option in the morning and they have deals all the time to help me save money!
Amazing customer service. The manager, Nicki, was so nice and helpful.
