I felt pandemic safe there - they seem to actually take it seriously with a full wall to wall barrier and turnstile (for payment and outgoing food) between them and customers, but you can also see that they're masked up properly back there. It's cash only, so be prepared to sanitize/wash hands, but they also have an ATM right there that only costs $1 to use. I'm not often in Gary, but I wouldn't even bother to look for anywhere else to eat next time I am, I look forward to going back to elios!“

“This is the only white castle in the city I live in the service was very quick, but when I received my food, the cashier was still unaware what I needed and gave me just the opposite of what I said. Customer Service means a lot. It only takes a few minutes to repeat back and orderand give people the right things. It makes a difference and you should not have an attitude with somebody and they’re just telling you what they want. The customer comes first.“
