inconsistent time. they are never open.
They expect you to pay them to be rude. The woman at the front taking the orders needs a different job that does not require her to deal with the public because her communication skills absolutely SUCKS. No worries they have lost other customers and just lost another one and anybody that I can tell. They are definitely not the El Norteno of old so sad after decades
good food, but seems like they either close early or they just aren't open, half the time they don't answer the phone so it's hit or miss really .
