The reason i gave this review was because of the service! As a person who was a supervisor in customer service there are many things that can prevent reviews like this one! When they first opened they seemed so excited and was very attentive and the food was actually good for a great price! But now the phone is always off of the hook and on numerous occasions I’ve walked in calling on purpose just to see if they were busy. To no avail the cashier (who was the same both times) told me “aww yea my bad how can i help you” that was strike one for me. Strike two came because i have a food allergy that i stated over the phone plenty of times, when i receive my food its extra of what i can’t eat! I simply went back without the typical customer attitude or rudeness and just wanted it remade. Yet I was the one who got attitude. Needless to say my jobs keeps me on the move and when i want food I’ll call it in but this is a natural occurrence. While writing this i tried again but the same outcome. The phone has been off the hook for over an hr and that’s why I’m writing this review hopefully this can help you guys turn it around but until then I’m ok on Jasnak.

So I had to go a few times before making this review. I have to say they are now on the top of my go-to list. I love the chicken nachos on fries! The tacos are pretty good too. Rice and beans are on point. Prices are very reasonable and you get a good amount of food. The guy in the drive thru always got a smile. Glad I took a chance to try them out.

If you love euro sandwiches this is the place to go, the euro salad is equally as good and it’s always made fresh. There is a lot to choose from at this restaurant so you won’t be disappointed. Everything they cook up is exceptional, always hot, always fresh, and always delicious. They are trucker friendly so I encourage truckers to check it out for themselves. Thank you to the Jasnak’s team for always providing a pleasant experience every time I visit.

Ordered 3 steel sandwiches, 2 Mac and cheese bites, and a chicken gyro plate to go. The service was quick, as I had called it in, and it was ready in 15 min like they said. The Steel sandwiches were stacked with more meat than Lincoln's Carry Out and were cheaper. As for taste comparison, it comes pretty close! The chicken gyro was cut differently from what I'm used to, which is like the lamb strips. This was cut into bite-sized pieces. The flavor was very good. It comes with 2 pitas, onions, feta, Olives, tomatoes, banana peppers, and fries. The fries are not the best. They use the kind that you have to eat right off the fryer or they aren't good. The cheese bites are awesome and you get a lot for 5 bucks. I will be back to try some other things.
I love the fact that the majority of not all of the menu is pork free. You don't find very many places like this and the food tastes good. They also have a few Chicagoland signature sandwiches that you don't find in Northwest Indiana.

The food is amazing, they NEVER disappoint. Food is always hot and full of flavor. My favorite drink is there agua de Jamaica is so delicious. Try it out and thank me later. $2 taco specials on Tuesday ? and their patty melts are phenomenal.
