Driven by many times. This time, I was very early for an appointment. Saw the "serving breakfast" and what the hell "bloody mary." The bar had a tough rep but looked friendly. It was. Walked into good music on the jukebox, a very clean professional place. Slow, 4-5 people, including the staff, but it was before noon. I ordered a bloody Mary and an omelet. Great neighborhood bar. Free pool on Wednesday, with wing specials. Bingo on Sunday and Monday. Great bartenders fun place be.Kid-friendliness: This is a bar no one under 21 allowed.

Tavern of the Oaks has great food. I highly recommend the wings and pizza. A community bar....reminds me of CHEERS! The owner Maria is cool and the bartenders are great-Frank,Amy,Sammy,Steve,Nichole and Shannon. Let's not forget Nila, the cook!! She can throw down in the morning. Great spot to stop after work. Right by the casino. Breakfast menu is fire, grits, eggs and bacon, hash browns and pancakes
