I usually don't post bad reviews but I'm highly disappointed with JJ today. I make it a point to stop here in my semi whenever I drive through this area. The young lady and cook that worked tonight needs retraining. The food lacked flavor and no seasoning. The coleslaw tasted like cleaning supplies. I called to inform the coleslaw tasted off and the cashier pretty much dismissed my concerns. Not what I expect from someone who gets paid to serve food.

I would give this business 0 stars if I could. You are given the option to order at 3 different delivery services for pickup or delivery. I ordered my food for pickup and upon arrival there was no record of my order and the cashier said they do not have online ordering and was rude about it. Why is there an option to order online if that service does not exist?? I was able to receive a quick refund, however this was inconvenient and a complete waste of time.

This place sucks the fish was under cooked and it wasn’t properly cleaned. I got bones in a lot of it; not all the pieces had bones but almost half of it. The mild hot sauce is not hot at all and a tiny side of coleslaw. The price was not good at all. Will not be coming back !
