Horrible delivery service I ordered at 8:33 pm and food wasn’t delivered I called back and I was told they only had one driver and he wouldbe pulling up shortly at 11:13pm. Then called back to say I still haven’t received my order lady says he left your food on the porch. Check porch no food. 11:40pm driver calls and ask for my address. I feel bad for him one man only.
I ordered for the first time this last week. I was highly skeptical because of reviews. However, I did order from Lugigi's and I'm glad I did. The young lady that answered the phone was pleasant, I recieved my order sooner then I was quoted, and the driver was nice.I will say the sauce needs less salt and more black pepper and cook just a few more minutes to crisp it up the crusst but other then that, I like it. Service here is always hit or miss when you have to track down your waitress to get a refill on a drink or to bring you a check or to double check on your food. It just gets a little annoying.
