They have poor customer service they girls in the manager who answer me the phones is very unprofessional in Unpolitely in the don’t take people order correctly or when u call to place a order or speak with someone they talk for the person u ask to speak too this business need more better service in more cashiers in cookers they food is ok not the best

Service here is always hit or miss when you have to track down your waitress to get a refill on a drink or to bring you a check or to double check on your food. It just gets a little annoying.

They take 3 or 4 hours to deliver they don't give you what you ask for! I live 3 mins away make it make sense. I ask for have chicken and mushroom with jalapeños & the other half sausage I got cheese no sausage I called them the boss said he was going to get my sausage in 30 mins next thing you know it's the next day the lady calls me from a different phone number and says the phones went off smh them I told her what happened she said an hour 30 mins it don't take that long to cook a pizza and deliver it 3 mins away I also ordered fries it was a good amount but they were cold so I couldn't eat them smh I paid 40 dollars for a large pizza with a fry pizza was warm like it's been sitting. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SPENDING YOUR MONEY HERE THEY ARE RUDE DISRESPECTFUL LIARS if I could give them 0 stars

if i could give this pizza place luigis a 0 star i would. my family ordered a xl pizza and sides tell me why the damn onion rings were soggy and not cooked and the fries and the pizza had no sausage in it like we asked. the manager was arguing with us saying she was going to beat my familys ass! so unprofessional do not eat here! close this shit down.

The lady said she couldn't give us a soda because the people in the neighborhood Robs the soda man at gun point! Horrible looking place wont be back!Parking: Smh park in front of door! If I can put 0 stars I will it’s nasty and disgusting the place is mildew , the fries was so full of grease like it hasn’t been changed in weeks , the Wings are Soooooooo big half cooked total waste of money . It actually looks abandoned on the outside and inside. I should’ve walked right out of there anyway.
