I usually LOVE this place my favorite is the meat lovers pizza but lately it just doesn't taste the same I'm not sure if the ingredients changed or what, I know the price definitely increased which would be fine as long as the taste would've remained the same. I hope the last couple of times were the only time that was different, I'll try once again though to see. And this all seemed to happen after I started bragging to my job about this place trying to get my job to cater from Rico's for our next luncheon.

Customer service awful. Pizza, bread dry. Now they charge for crushed pepper packets I can’t think of paying for salt and pepper. Place all dirty. Tables dirty. I don’t recommend this place at all….

Complete waste of money. It must be reheated freezer pizza and honestly I've cooked pizza in the oven at home that tasted better than this. I should've known better when I asked for cheese and was told they only have pepperoni or sausage.

This pizza was horrible. It had little or no sausage. They used mushrooms out of a jar or can instead of using fresh mushrooms. The crust was soft and dry. Pizza lacked any sort of flavor. No one in my house liked it. I will not order again. The only positive thing I can say is the delivery driver was very nice.

I hadn't been to Rico's in 20 years. I was nervous to try them again. The entrance is routed through the liquor store door due to a truck driving through the front, so that was a bit awkward. There was also an issue with my total. It took about 15 minutes, but they fixed it. The pizza was just as delicious as I had remembered. The toppings were a bit skimpy (one pepperoni per square), but the flavor was still there. Also, the employees were pleasant. I interacted with two young ladies and an older gentleman. Everyone was friendly. I definitely will return!
