I won't be back. This is the second time in two weeks that I asked the young lady behind the counter for my food to be fried hard and add mild sauce. This is the second time in two weeks she messed up my order. She told the cook to come talk to me and he wasn't trying to fix the problem. I'm too sick to argue with folks. I just wanted my dinner right. Simple solve, I'll take my business elsewhere from now on.

BEWARE!!! Sauce is spoiled. The meat is steroid size huge. The gloves the employees wear are used to gather both seafood and chicken....cross contamination/allergen risk. The Arab owner has poor customer service. Would not recommend patronizing this place. Third world practices are noticed in how the food is handled. BEWARE!!!
This afternoon I went here to get lunch and ordered a combo dinner. I ordered through drive thru but I felt in my gut something was off when the young lady returned my debit card. I immediately went to my online banking and notice that I had two transactions. One for the food I purchased and the other one was from an online store for an amount over $100 dollars. I REPEAT, I did not authorize or make this transaction. The bank is looking into it and just in case charges will be filed for fraud. So I pray that if this is the type of service that is going on when we purchase food... it's not worth it. Stealing other peoples money from their hard working money is not the way to go. I will be alerting my colleagues of this as well. Take care of your establishment and the people you have working for you.... it's not worth losing a business for chump change!!

I feel that the service could be better if individuals who work there then always be on their phones with their gloves on and then turn around and serve your food. Everybody should put their phones away and make sure they wash the hands before handling any food after money touching after touching anything. Or at least change lives often

Using old grease, and barely breaded the chicken, and the fries were undercooked when I asked for them well done. Little to no lemon pepper on it too. There was no reason why it came out bad, they were not even busy, is this what happens when you go to a B.O.B?
