Food is always nice and hot depending on who is working the drive through the staff can come off rude but I still will come back any way they need to listen more to there customer needs and learn how to talk to
They need to keep taking phone order just make the customer pay by card over the phone to make sure the money is in for the food and the customer will come and pickup. Also just inform the customer how much time they have and it no refunds.

I feel that the service could be better if individuals who work there then always be on their phones with their gloves on and then turn around and serve your food. Everybody should put their phones away and make sure they wash the hands before handling any food after money touching after touching anything. Or at least change lives often
