The sandwich tasted bad, terrible service, and no receipt I asked could she make my sandwich with a little extra care because I saw how she made the four sandwiches before mine but she didn’t care the sauce only went in the middle 3 inches on each end no sauce no lettuce no pickles I mean come on. You cannot be in that big of a hurry. Don’t you know that I can see you?

After waiting for over 30 mins to get a sandwich from the subway the lady working there took her that long just to make 3 little sandwiches and when my turn came I asked for tuna sandwiches she literally said there is no more????? No more tuna at a subway??????????? I asked her to check the back if they have any she replied to me with attitude there is no more Don’t get your food or stop at this location

Gentleman working Nov 30 was awesome This review is for December 1st. I wanted extra toppings for my sandwich I bought last night didnt realize it was so skimpy. I paid extra for double meat. Fine. I just want some of the giardiniera. BuT NO couldn't get any Like come on subway I paid for sandwich. Damn even mc D will give you sauce in a cup. So disappointed

I HATED MY EXPERIENCE BECAUSE ON MY WAY IN THE BUILDING I ALMOST FELL ON MY REAR END DUE TO A PUDDLE OF WATER WITH NO WET FLOOR SIGN, BUT THANKS TO MY SON WHOM CAUGHT ME I DIDN'T. One lady working in subway . I ask what time are u closing she say 11:30pm . But subway closed 12am
This is the worst subway i have been too un my life. It took 5-7 min for someone to finally come to the front and make my order the sandwiches where made sloppy, and after I ate the sandwich my stomach was tore up i had the runs for about 3-4 days I highly do not recommend eating here if I can give this place a 0 star I would I’m never eating at a gas station subway again they may have food poisoning

as a truck driver, i've been to many subways. I have been to this one in Gary IN like 7 times in the last 2-3 months. I have been served by a handful of different employees. They always have EXCEPTIONAL customer service here, easily the best subway customer service i have ever experienced. Always friendly, and always tolerant of my (probably unusual) request to toast bacon on the side for extra crispiness. The subs the employees make here are always absolutely delicious too. This is easily my favorite subway i have ever been to. I seriously don't know how they can get it right so frequently. These guys all deserve a raise

Ro was amazing!!! I went at a time where the line was very long ( 6/7 ppl ) she had coworkers in the back I noticed however none of them came to assist her. She made sandwiches and rang out each customer at the register as well as washed her hands in between. She was quick and professional. She didn’t complain. She kept a smile on her face and she greeted everyone as if she wasn’t swamped with customers. I’m old school so customer service is a big thing for me. Good customer service is rare and should be recognized. She’s awesome and I’m thankful after a long day at work
