“I was just treated extremely rude by a manager named Grace or something that told me initial NO TIME, just "as soon as possible." I waited 1 hour before calling to check in on the order. At that time the driver was leaving to deliver, but it then took another 30 to 40 minutes to arrive. The result was cold pizza & breadsticks. When calling back to ask politely for a refund, it was met with an argumentative Grace that hung up on me. I am beyond disappointed in my treatment & the lack of respect this employee has for customers & customer service. Berne, IN. location.”

“The food is always good. Service is quick and friendly. There are bonuses if you order enough food ($30+ I think). There is no atmosphere to speak of, it's just carry out. I've been a long-time regular at this place, and I will continue to be. For a quick, cheap bite around Berne, I recommend Lucky China.”

The line had around four cars, but I’ve been around this long and I knew I could wait just a bit longer for a McChicken. I love myself a McChicken from McDonald’s. I ordered myself a McChicken with all the fixin’s and a small fry. The line moved quick as a whip and I got my meal and pulled my car to the side of the street and ate. I have had my fill of McChicken’s in my lifetime and this one wet my whistle. I can surely say I was satisfied with my experience at this here McDonalds.
