I don't usually post a bad review, but I had to this time. That was probably the WORST pizza I've ever had my entire life. As you can tell, I will not be getting pizza from here again.

Pizza was done on time and correctly topped. We were not impressed with the crust. The rest of the pizza was very good. The crust was crunchy but not burnt.

The pizza took an extra ten minutes but that’s not a big deal just had to wait a bit. The main purpose for my review is to make customers aware of two helpful items that they don’t tell you. First is they have specials! I got an 18 inch pizza and paid over 30 bucks for it, not worth that much in my opinion. They had specials for a 20 inch pizza with free breadsticks or pop for 25 bucks as well as one for any pizza 18 inches or bigger and get a free 10 inch pizza. So I said something once mine was ready as I had time to sit and read the specials while I waited and asked if I could get my free ten inch pizza. The gal looked at me for a couple seconds and says yeah buts it’s gonna be a while. I declined as we had a movie to catch. So in short make sure you ask what the specials are when calling in. Second is it’s cheaper to pay with cash. Nothing to abnormal but just making people aware as I had already scanned my card by the time I saw one of their hundred of little signs cluttering the pickup window that says 4% added to cards. Oh and a bonus tip, they don’t take 100 dollar bills unless your order is over 75. Really? Its legal tender and expect you to pay in cash but won’t accept it in many cases. Anyway hope this helps future customers!

I paid almost 60 dollars for a pizza for game night and they burned it horrible!! The place wasn't even busy. Sure wish we had looked at this before we drove 20 minutes back home! Very disappointed!!

(Update: This place was sold and is now just not the same. It was our absolute favorite but has really slipped under new ownership.) Our favorite pizza by far. We won’t eat any other pizza locally.

They told me my total bill was $19.30, and I paid by card. The cashier rings it up and hands me a slip to sign, the total is now over $20. It was the credit card 4% they neglected to tell me about although they do have a couple of sentences explaining the card fee on the counter. I'm guessing most people pay by card, so just raise all your prices by $1.00 to cover the card cost.Nobody likes surprises, but don't lie to me about the total. If the total is $19.30 (and that total is spoken by the Gerace's employee), then the total is $19.30, nothing more, nothing less.

I have been a long-time customer and would have rated them one of the best in town but they are under new management and the recipe has changed. Got a pizza today and it looked different. Got it home and the crust is completely different. Immediately called to ask if something is different and the employee lied and said nothing has changed. Then after reading other reviews have found other long-timers complaining. Until they listen and correct things i will not be purchasing food from them again.

The combo pizza was perfect, will definitely be back. You can tell they take pride in making a quality pizza!
