I went through the drive thru 30 minutes until closing, on a Wednesday. My cashier was Heather and she was very quick and helpful! I wasn't sure what I wanted, and her suggestion was perfect! My food was hot and delicious! Thanks night crew! Y'all are rocking it!

Today 06-12-2026 I ordered online, the transaction was so smooth I click on ASAP time.. but I still have to wait like 40 minutes at parking lot.. Then I decided to go to drive window and ask about my order.. the person was kind and said, we’re working on your order about 17 minutes , can u park by the door i bring it to you.. I said okay.. then we waited about 20 minutes but my order didn’t come. later on finally I received a text saying , Your order is ready for pickup pls. Go to drive through to pick your order or go inside. So I went to drive through window. A different chubby guy age around 40’s start asking rudeness to me.. What? I told him . I’m here to pick my order, He screamed at me saying go to speaker and tell me what you want! And I told him .. I got a text saying go to drive window to pick your oder.. and he yelled at me multiple times go to speaker!!!! the tall guy was kind. He told to the chubby guy who screamed at me.. say, I already know her and I got her order.. but he still screaming go to speaker!! So I walkout went back to parking lot trying to cancelled my order.. the good tall person come out bring my order to parking lot. And apologized to me about what happened.. and I told him.. whatever that fat guy did to me isn’t acceptable. Very rude with bad behavior worker.. yah I got my family meal chicken but didn’t get a bread on the side what a cool workers! The owner should check all employees about their behavior..! Might lost business because some of employees are bad..Poppy’s in Goshen Elkhart Indiana.. some employees are Rude.. And not doing right their job!!! I prepared Poppy’s in country 6 workers was kind.

I came here because the KFC was incredibly busy and found the opposite. The restaurant was vacant, so I was able to place my order quickly and get my food quickly as well. I ordered the spicy chicken and bacon sandwich with fries and fried pickles. The chicken was piping hot, but the bacon was cold, keeping the cheese from adequately melting. The fries were fresh, but the pickles tasted soggy and the spices got a little overwhelming. Honestly, this is the best Popeyes in the area and puts the one in Elkhart to shame.

Orders 8 piece meal asked for all white meet and the told me they only had two breast so I said normal mix was fine. They gave us all thighs and legs with one wing not what we wanted at all and they knew that. Biscuits were black on the bottom not sure that’s normal. Won’t be back there for a long time

The staff had terrible attitudes and were not helpful at all. We ordered to eat there, but they didn’t even have plates we had to eat on napkins. Our chicken, fries, and coleslaw were served like that. They didn’t even want to give us ketchup packets. Honestly, really disappointing service.

Sat and waited in the drive thru with only two cars in front of me for about 20-30 minutes, one person taking orders and waiting for a long time both me and the car at the other speaker to get our orders taken. Once I finally ordered I paid and then waited about 10-15 minutes for my food not bad but I had already waited awhile. The drink was not a large so I assumed maybe it was in the bag. Drove home only to realize that they never gave me my drink. I drove all the way back and was able to get my drink thankfully and the staff was kind, just a rough experience for my first time at this location.

First time visiting. Other than a bit longer wait to order than I would like, everything was pretty good. When we did get someone out from the back to order, the food was ready in less than 2 minutes! Got the flounder sandwich, fries, and fried pickles. Sandwich was very good, better flavor than cod, and a good size. Fries are spicy, I could feel the heat 20 minutes after the meal. The fried pickles are not strong flavored, but just right. The menu photo makes it look like there might be only 5 or 6 pickles, but my box had over 20! Wife had some chicken, which was also good. The water was evn good, in a city with not so good water, so they may be filtering it. The music, Louisiana jazz, could be turned down just a bit, and our table needed a wipe, but I did that myself. Will be back.
