As entering the building we stand in line as the workers are getting ice cream for people who look like they just got there. As we wait in line the worker tells us that they’re closed as they’re serving other customers in front who had just got there. Very disappointed

This place has enough food, drink, and treat options to keep you coming back over and over to keep trying new things. The service is great, and everything I've had is delicious. Some items can admittedly get a bit pricey, but if it helps them stay in business, I don't mind paying for top notch treats.

Dined in at outside table. A little high but it was the best banana split I ever had. (Sorry DQ) It is an ideal place for that rare occasion to treat Yourself, Family or Friends .
Parking: At least a dozen spots close to entrance, handicap parking as well

You guys need to do a review on your staff or a retrain, they’re always be rude, mostly the cashier, when I was asking a question about the flavors, she was answering in bad attitude, not mentioning she took my order wrong, and using her phone while the workers were actually doing something, that’s why they be having long lanes of people waiting to be attended.
I love going to this place! Stopped in before heading to soccer practice. Had ordered several items and was helped by two young ladies to make it quicker. Very patient and friendly!

Its was very packed when we went in we did have a long wait time while our items where prepared.Everything was delicious and the place is very eye catching too!The watermelon Redbull was pretty delicious.Everything is on the pricey end, but definitely worth it!

I called to place an order for a crepe around 1:33 PM the person I spoke to told me it would be ready in 15 minutes I arrived at the store at 2:00 to pick up my order and had to wait over 20 minutes and they didn't even apologize.
