Why pay for a venti coffee when you get a grande (just in a venti cup)? Constantly getting lattes that are 1/2 full of foam. I say something when I have time but they are so busy I can’t wait 15 mins for a remake. So frustrating.

Customers also complained about getting lattes that are 1/2 full of foam and paying for a venti coffee but receiving a grande in a venti cup. The service and food are ok, but the store does not open on Sundays until 8:00 am, which is considered way too late and frustrating. This is the latest opening time of any Starbucks visited, causing customers to go elsewhere.
