I seriously don't know why I keep trying Dunkin. Went in because drive thru was busy. Lots of kids working, all focusing on the drive thru. 1 of the employees finally noticed me and asked if I'd been helped. Nope, not yet. It was so noisy she could barely hear my order, half of it was wrong. Won't be back, too many other options
Occasionally the mobile ordering can be a bit frustrating because the food that has been ordered in advance is sitting just out of reach on the counter instead of where it should be at the mobile station. Other than, still one of my favorite coffee places!

Kid-friendliness: They were great with my children. Let me know what was on the menu suitable for kids. Also let us sample every flavor refresher before purchasing anything. That way my 8 yr. daughter wasn't getting something she would not like.
