I dined inside at KFC in Greenfield today and it was an absolutely awesome experience. The dining room was SO clean. My food came out fast and everything was hot and good. The guy who took care of me went above and beyond. I will definitely be back to this location.
I would love to show you pictures of what we just purchased a chicken breast and a chicken thigh that were so dumped in grease that they actually went through the wax paper and threw the bottom of the box. They were the only two items in that box, it just fell through. They don’t even look like they were maybe cooked all the way they are disgustingly slimy, and the biscuits are like they’re shoved in and broken apart! Just went up there to order at 3:02 pm on a Wednesday and nobody even asked to take my order. Is this like a crack house or what

KFC serves good food, prepared properly with no problems. The service is friendly and kind, with staff going above and beyond, even though it can be slow due to staff shortages. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated, with a dining room that is noted for being very clean. There is plenty of parking available. The chicken bowl is a popular choice, fresh and tasting great. Many customers have had positive experiences, with food being ready for pick-up and served with a smile. Overall, KFC offers a pleasant dining experience and many plan to return.
