This morning @the E 56th Street store( which I attend every Wednesday morning with my friend ( who is handicapped) the employees were exhibiting negative body language, inattentiveness and lack of eye contact. it felt as though they were annoyed at our presence. I would suggest that better training and performance reviews might be in order.
Nice atmosphere for work!
Service very slow -they were very busy but way too long to get our food and too many people standing around tables waiting for their order when others were eating and the price is too expensive for the food you get-plus our new signature sandwhich was cold and very dry.overall experience-poor.
