What has happened to this location? No coffee available, system broken down and can’t serve you and quite rude about it, sit in line longer. Is there a new manager or what! Problems started Oct/Nov 2023. No problems before. This is why n Park Drive in Greenwood, Indiana.
I always get 2 teas with light ice and I get 2 because the staff doesn’t know what light ice is so I end up with 2 regular drinks that equal 1 so congratulations on training your employees to listen and repeat orders but fail to register it in the order
