Family favorite for Mexican food...
The food here is very delicious. Everything you can get is always consistent and hot. The waitresses are very attentive. The only issue I have is sometimes the prices don't reflect to what it actually is. They need to update that.
If you want to get Mexican food around the area, this is probably one of the better places. It does need a little bit of updating, but in the end, it's a nice, decent place to go to. I really enjoy it.

Pepe's Mexican Restaurant is a welcoming spot for families and large groups. The restaurant offers ample parking and a kid-friendly atmosphere, with a beautiful mural on the back wall and a jukebox to enjoy. The staff is attentive and accommodating, with waiters going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The food is generally good, with flavorful meat, beans, rice, and vegetables, and tasty salsa and verde. The Fiesta Combination Plate is a popular choice, packed with delicious flavors. The Margaritas are also a highlight, with some of the best flavors to be found. However, music can be loud and a little obnoxious at times. Service may be slow when busy, and some dishes can be fatty, requiring extra effort to enjoy. A recent visit featured a Tamale that was okay but a bit overpriced at $3, which some feel should be no more than $2, and a suggestion for specials on certain days to offer them at $1. Some customers find the food average and the prices high for what is offered, and others prefer different options like Fat Burrito in Highland. Despite these minor concerns, the restaurant remains a good choice for tasty Mexican food and good service, especially for those who arrive early and feel welcomed.
