There has been several orders that was placed from this restaurant and I they always forgetting something that I ordered or forget to place the order correctly. They don’t ever have a manager available to speak with, they always put some guy name Ruben to take complaints and he is very rude. They only want to give you the credit for 1 week when they are in the wrong with your order. I will not be coming back or placing any more company orders from this restaurant. Restaurant Fuerte really disappointed me today. If I ordered 3 steak tacos and im telling you what I want on them; cilantro, cheese, sour cream, & avocado. Okay, whatever. I go back take it inside and I let them know. The guy says, “can you give me the receipt😐” okay here, as he counts to himself for some reason, he fixes it (at least i thought), hands it back to me and I leave, thinking they would have some common sense. I had ordered 5 al pastor tacos and got back to work ate them come to find out they’re steak after I ate them. Called in and asked to be credited for the mishap and they said unless I can bring the food back even though I already ate it. Sad to say they’ve gone and lost me as a customer. Won’t be back any time soon. I used to sing high praises of this place. Not no more.
