The food and service was very great. They were very busy. We went on a Friday at 6pm. Things were still amazing. Our server was a young guy, David, and he had alot of tables and he still was so attentive. 10/10.

Outstanding food quality and good service. I love this place and everything on their menu. I had the chicken parmesian sandwich with fries and it was delicious. My mom used to take me here as kid and the quality is just as good as it was then. Highly recommend this place. Dining atmosphere is always pleasant and the food is always delicious.

I've given this place multiple chances, and unfortunately the service continues to be disappointing. Every visit seems to follow the same pattern: long waits before anyone comes to the table, forgotten items when the order is finally taken, and then another extended wait to receive the things that were missed in the first place.
What makes it even more frustrating is that we rarely saw our server unless we flagged someone down. We repeatedly had to ask for our server to come to the table because they simply weren't checking on us. When we needed something, we often had to ask more than once before it was finally brought out.
On this visit, we again waited far too long just to place our order. Items were forgotten, and it took roughly another 20 minutes to get them corrected. To make matters worse, they refuse to split checks, which creates an unnecessary inconvenience for groups and families.
The food may be decent, but consistently poor service, lack of communication, and having to chase down staff just to get basic requests handled have made it difficult to enjoy coming here. After experiencing the same issues time and time again, it's clear this isn't a one-time mistake but an ongoing problem. Management seriously needs to address the service issues because they are driving customers away.
Soooo disappointed with the pizza! Lived in Hessville growing up and House of Pizza was the place to go and get a fabulous pizza. My husband worked there in the 70's when he was a teenager and that is where we always went. Continued to go back there throughout the years and took my children and now grandchildren there. The pizza was sloppy, the toppings fell off and the crust was so thin and not even done! Not the same place! In addition I would suggest you clean your bathrooms!!

I grew up on House of Pizza and is a must stop, when I come back home to visit. Nothing beats a Chicago thin crust, tavern style, what ever you want to call it..and House of Pizza makes it the best.
