We have been here for over 1 hour and we still do not have a pizza, we asked to speak with a manager and it looks like another server came to speak with us. We got here at 8:30 and it is 9:42 still no pizza. Also they were not busy. The only thing they said was they will give us the pizza half off and we still are waiting which has been 20 mins over. The male server that we had was the least attentive server that I have ever had experience with, very unprofessional eating a sucker as he’s serving food, he had on glasses. And now they are acting like we are the inconvenience for them. Very terrible service very poor professionalism.

I have been a literal lifelong customer of this establishment until this evening. Placed an order, 35 minutes, 30 minite drive to spend another 30 in the lobby and still not be finished. The worst part is that I would normally wait. That's how delicious this pizza is. However this evening I watched employee food leave the oven knowing my food was put in after my arrival with no apology or even communication of a delay. I don't know if the Zunica family still owns this establishment, but if they don't, they would be ashamed to see what has happened. Thank you for your lack of an apology during my refund Gerald. Solidified that I will never return here.

We had a funeral luncheon at the House of Pizza. We chose family style with a few additional pizzas. The food was very tasty with good size portions. The service was fantastic. Our servers Melissa and the crew were very attentive to our group of about 50 people’s needs.

This place is wonderful! Our first time going there and I can't wait to go back. The food tasted amazing and there were quite a few different options.
The pizza been tasting crapy cause of the new cooks and what's up with the buffet not being there anymore golden coral buffet open back up n so should this one n the damn pizza always get cold by the time I get to the house n I stay 3 minutes away the pizza never hot n I just ordered a special pizza that tasted like it got reheated in the oven it was all dark colored n soggy

I have been seeing pictures of their pizza from a friend of mine and it looked delicious. I don't have good pizza around my house so I drive 35 minutes to pick up a take out pizza. I have to say this is the best thin crust pizza I have ever had. I'm definitely going to become a regular customer from now on!
