Best hotdogs on the planet! If you come to Chicago / Northern Indiana, you have to stop in! Every time we come in from Texas we make time to stop at Madveck's. I even got a T shirt to wear around and shame people who haven't made it to Madveck's yet.
Been going here a long time. Def a great lil place for comfort food. Staff is always nice and place is clean. Only thing is getting out of the parking lot. They need a big mirror on the north Calumet Ave exit so you can see leaving . Just a recommendation.
Great food great prices. The loose meat cheeseburger was a little light on meat but the taste was exactly what a midwestern loose meat burger should be. Big ol onion chunks, plenty of spice and a sweet sauce. Definitely getting it again.Also got way more fries than I expected when getting them with the burger.
