Stopped in to order dinner for me and my boyfriend and we loved the staff and of course the food. We had to wait about 20 mins while the food cooked, and we just laughed and talked to them to bypass the time. The lady that works there treats customers like family which is why I always come to this location. She knows me by first name basis. The food is 5/5. Customer service from the lady there in my opinion is 5/5 too!

Second night in a row having the catfish dinner. I love it. I have never had it taste this good. The seasoning they use is just how I like it.

JJ Fish & Chicken at 6846 S Calumet in Indiana has improved significantly in the past few months. The food has gone from okay to great, especially the chicken with extra seasoning. Customers appreciate the superb customer service, particularly the cashier with a fabulous personality. This establishment is a hidden gem with a welcoming atmosphere.
The service is incredible, with the new manager Omar being great and very nice. The place is very loving towards the African American community. The food tastes amazing, and the fries are probably the best ever had. It is probably the best fast food restaurant customers have been to.
