She was kind to offer me filtered water as I didn’t want coffee. She also let me taste the passion tea.Vegetarian options: Only bagels for those who don’t eat egg. If you can eat egg then there are two three options.

I Love to drink Starbucks, but do to the HORRIBLE service given at this location that happens to be the closest to me, I will no longer buy it!!! The so called manager JESSICA at this location brings this place to the worst experience and customer service ever!!! I used to go in there and buy my coffee without issue, in the last few weeks I decided to add the app so get some rewards after all the money I spend there and it has been one bad experience after another and it falls back to this women JESSICA!! She either needs to be demoted or straight out fired!!!!!!!!!!!!
Worst Starbucks in the area, service is terrible no matter the time of day. Employees are rarely helpful; always expect to wait an extra 15/20 minutes for your order. Drive the few extra minutes to Calumet and

This Starbucks location has low energy baristas. It looks like it hurts to move too fast. They always forget the espresso shots in your drink. I come here for the caffeine, NOT the extra sugar. The food items are still cold when they should be hot and your drink room temp by the time it reaches your hands. I spend too much at Starbucks to get this type of service. I do not recommend this location. If you decide to still go there, do not have high expectations as you will just get yourself mad. Go inside so you can watch them make your drink. Worst Starbucks everrrrr!

The evening staff does not follow directions. I showed them a picture of the coffee with the directions that I wanted and she got the hold order wrong plus I was waiting 30 minutes.
