Starbucks Coffee Company is a busy location, especially in the early morning. The vibe is liked and the location is very convenient, right off the highway. Service is usually great and friendly, and the parking lot allows for easy in and out. Orders placed on the app are always correct and ready at the stated time. However, the experience can be hit or miss. Wait times are a bit ridiculous, from 10 to 30 minutes, especially in the drive-thru. This is true even for simple drinks like an iced green tea or a grande Frappuccino, and for items like the brown sugar shaken espresso. Sometimes orders are slow or the service feels very slow. Specific items like the grilled cheese or double smoked bacon can be disappointing. While it is a regular stop for many, the wait and occasional service issues can rub people the wrong way.
