I was in the mood for some chicken and I was in Hammond so I had to stop by JJ FISH. Always looks clean in there and I've never been sick after eating there ??Good fresh cooked food .??
Not the best service not the worst. Some of the best chicken I've had and some of the best mild sauce. I went here multiple times on my trip. All times fresh chicken and decent sized. Maybe I just had good luck?

I went in here at 5:30 on a Wednesday and was told they had no sandwiches (out of all bread) and the staff was friendly enough but the restaurant was a mess (floor was filthy, trash overflowing, tables not cleared, tables with no chairs) and it was empty in there, not a customer before or during my 15 minute visit.
