“We had purchased a coupon for a 50/50 deal. We decided to try it tonight. Called for directions which were very simple to follow. Food was excellent. Service was great. Prices were very good. We decided on a fish sandwich, seafood combo. which fed 2 of us. Potato, coleslaw, and cucumber salads were all homemade. Tarter and seafood sauce also homemade. You can tell how much they enjoy cooking for their customers. It was a very pleasant experience. We don't eat out often as we fix most everything from scratch. When we do go out as a treat 99% of the time we don't care for the food. This was GREAT!“

“Burger was amazing. Thick and juicy & lots of flavor. Cook forgot to add bacon, lettuce & tomato, but corrected the bacon promptly. Italian beef was also very good, with great flavor. Fries and onion rings were average.
Service was prompt but food did take a half hour (didn't seem like there were any food orders ahead of us).
Atmosphere was typical for a small town bar but still fairly quiet, for a late Saturday afternoon. So glad we stopped in, while passing through town.
