“Three Sheets is an authentic townie, dive-bar in Michigan City, an authentic All-American city. I embrace the patrons who support this local business; down-to-earth, honest, hard working, folks. The type of clientele that build our houses, make steel, construct roads and bridges, fight our fires, farm crops and repairs our cars. The food is always delicious, hot, and very reasonably priced. The beer is cold and the drinks are strong. The Wednesday Meat Loaf Special is one of my favorites along with The Working Person's Special (burger, fries, soft drink) A little smoky? At times, yes, but so was my grandma's house. However, that didn't stop me from visiting her, devouring her wonderful food and enjoying time spent there.“
“They have two pool tables, drinks are reasonably priced as well as served... All in all four out of five! Definitely worth visiting, the food is better than average bar standards by far. “Not sure why they don't lean into old chicago kinda vibes. No Malört on the shelf but hey thats ok, the patrons gotcha covered if youre lookin to make faces. Outta this world burgers and pretzels for the prices. One of the few bars I feel comfortable in.Edit: I guess theyve started stocking malort since the last time I asked for it! Hurray! I can ruin many more friendships in the years to come!“
