“Very cozy bar atmosphere. Was there during the Christmas Season and it was decorated beautifully! Very friendly staff! I had an amazing Ginger Chicken Bowl. The chicken was flavorful and moist and I enjoyed every bite! I will order this again soon.“
“We were looking for place for our date night that was open a little later since our kids all had late sport events. This was our first time here. As soon as we walked in we were in great spirits as the place has a cozy vibe. That is until we were “greeted” by the hostess. She came out of the front room to stand at her podium and asked if we will be sitting at the bar. When we said we would like a table she reminded us that the kitchen closed at 9. It was 8:45. We asked if we order quickly can we still order food, she didn’t even answer, roller her eyes, grabbed 4 menus, and walked off….we assumed to follow her so we did. She tossed the menus onto the table and then proceeded to the kitchen. We were about to just leave but our sweet waitress assured us that we were welcome to order and that everyone is there until 10 anyway. We ordered as fast as possible getting our order in at 9, our food came out at 9:20, we all ate as fast as possible and were done and paid by 9:35.The waitress saved the experience, the food was awesome! We had 2 orders of the perch, a Shrimp Alfredo, and filet. Everyone ate everything on their plate. Will be back to try again, but that hostess needs an attitude adjustment.“
“My friends and I came here to try the karaoke. Karaoke was great. DJ was friendly and fun. Whiskey sours were damn delish. Bartenders constantly checked on us. Garlic knots were BOMB. Place was packed and we did not feel left out at all. People were friendly. Good place. Would come back again. Park across the street.“
“Been to Greg's twice now, once for a band and recently for a Street Magician show! We came as a large group- almost 20 of us! The folks there accomodated us fantastically! I don't recall the whole menu, but seemed to be a standard bar menu plus*. I had a perch dinner that was well-prepared and everyone else seemed satisfied with their meals. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in for entertainment and plan a meal with it.“

“I didn't order any food when I recently visited Spanky's - a bar and grill located in a small strip mall located at 15213 101st Ave. in Dyer, Indiana. I had a few drinks, served by the very kind bartenders, and really enjoyed the live music with my friends and family! You can smoke in the bar, but it is pretty well venhilated, according to my non-smoking friends. There is a decent sized stage, plenty of space to sit at at the bar or at the tables in front of the stage, and there wasn't a wait for the bathrooms. There were three stalls available in the ladies room, which were clean, and it was nice not having to wait! Prices for the drinks were very reasonable. If music isn't your thing, there were plenty of TV's to watch - showing the news, gameshows, and sports games. I had an awesome time, they had amazing musicians, and I look forward to going back soon!Parking: Because the bar is located within a strip club, parking can be limited. There are signs in front of the businesses that state only customers for that business can park there. There IS free, additional parking located behind the strip mall, though.Kid-friendliness: This is a bar that features adult music. You might just want to leave the children at home with a baby sitter if you're going late!Wheelchair accessibility: There are parking spots for disabled individuals. Those with wheelchairs shouldn't have much trouble navigating the single level bar.“
“This place is awesome. Good drinks and atmosphere. Kitchen wasn’t open yet, so you can bring in food and they had menus for all the neighboring restaurants. Nice enclosed outdoor area as well for seating. I stopped here off the bike trail and would definitely make it a regular stop.“
“Went out for a day trip today with no plans. Found this place in a Google search and decided to try it. I'm glad we did. As you can see in the picture, it looks and is delicious! I had the fish and fries, and my wife had the Mac and cheese with pulled pork and bacon. The staff is friendly and fast. Well worth the stop.“

“First time coming here with one of my good friend.She's been here plenty of times. I had a bacon, cheeseburger and fries.And to be completely honest it was unbelievably good!!! The buns are toasted with butter and have an amazing crunch to the edges.I loved it!! Ice cold beer and and a very Good bartender!! She was very attentive. We went on march 29th. Around one o'clock in the afternoon. So whoever was bartending that day she was phenomenal!!! I don't live in the area.My friend lives in dyer. “We were told by several people to go to Flat Rock and have one of their burgers. It was one of the best burgers I have had in that area. Saturday special is a burger and side for $6.50. The hand cut fries are my wife's favorite.Bartender was great, my beer never went empty.“

“I just had my 10 year wedding anniversary there. It was exactly the vibe we wanted. It’s beautiful on the inside, a nice full service bar, excellent service from the staff, and the food was incredible! It was a nice, chill, atmosphere that we could still turn up in. “The waitress Angelina was awesome! We were a group of 12, and she made sure we had everything we needed and everyone's order was correct. The salad was fresh and crispy vegetables. The lemon rice soup is so good. My husband ordered the Greek porkchops, which he raved about. I ordered the chicken marsala, and it was also delicious. We will definitely be returning and requesting Angelina for our waitress.“
“We’ve been here a dozen times and always have a great experience. We were in last night 1/27/24 and once again had great food…Nashville Hot Chicken Fingers and the 1/2 lb fried shrimp. The portions were generous.Our server was Caitlyn (sp?) and she was excellent! She was so friendly and engaged….unlike service received from most places anymore. When we thanked her, she actually said “you’re welcome” instead in “no problem” which is such a pet peeve :)We will be back soon!“
