I just wanted to say how incredibly thankful we were for the kindness and care the staff showed us here. They were so accommodating about the gluten-free precautions, changed their gloves without hesitation, and made us feel completely comfortable and understood. Knowing they offer a fully gluten-free menu gave us such peace of mind. Everyone was genuinely sweet, patient, and compassionate, and it meant more to us than they probably realize. “It is a food truck on the side of a busy road, so it is a bit awkward, but it is colorful and clean. I will say that is fairly easy getting in and out of the lot.
Along with the food being really good, it is made while you wait, which is a bonus! The two ladies who work the stand are pleasant and patient as we were unsure about what we wanted to eat. I do recommend you give it a try if you are out that way.“

I had no idea what to order but my little cousins said, “birria tacos.” I took their recommendation and I was absolutely pleased for never having birria tacos.
