I had a problem with my order through the app and the Manager spent several hours on the phone fixing it for me and was very polite and apologetic the entire time.

Burger King offers wonderful food and pleasant staff, making it a great spot for families to enjoy a meal. The Cotton candy freezes are delicious, and many customers find the food to be really good and hot. However, the restaurant needs cleaning and updating, with some noting that the dining room has looked the same for many years. While there have been issues with drive-thru service, such as wrong drink sizes and a missing cheese on a fish sandwich, there are positive experiences as well. For instance, Sherry, a drive-thru employee, has received praise for her pleasant and cheerful service, ensuring customers have everything they need. However, some staff members may need to show more enthusiasm, as not all interactions have been as friendly. Overall, Burger King in Hartford City remains a strong choice for quick, good food at a decent price.
