One of my favorite food trucks! The food is always hot and super fresh. I have tried pretty much everything on the menu and have never been disappointed, but I have a hard time steering away from my favorite, the brisket breakfast bowl!
Brisket Biscuit never disappoints. The food is consistently excellent, the portions are generous, and you can tell they put a lot of care into everything they make. Whether it's breakfast, brunch, or one of their specials, it's always fresh, flavorful, and worth the trip. Friendly service and great people behind the operation make it even better. Highly recommend!
Enjoyed a delicious Brisket sandwich this morning at Barker Brewhouse ❤ They were open right on time at 11AM and were very busy the entire time we were there (about 3 hours). We only waited 5-10 minutes and the brisket was cooked to perfection.
The staff was hard at work cranking out multiple orders at a time. This was my first experience and it definitely did not disappoint!

Brisket Biscuit serves delicious food with top-notch service. Popular items include the Brisket Breakfast Bowl and Egg & Cheesesteak Sandwich. The Biscuits and Gravy, featuring Italian sausage with a fennel flavor and spicy kick, is a hit. While the Bits and Cheese could improve, every menu item is outstanding, making it a must-visit spot.
