“Been looking for a decent pizza place since moving to Winfield from the burbs of Chicago six years earlier. Someone (a Gary PD Officer who lives near me) told me about Bronko's. Ordered two thin crust pizzas one with sausage and onion and the other with mushrooms and pepperoni. They definitely didnt cheap out on the toppings. Tons of it! The crust was also amazingly good! I asked for it cooked a bit longer on someone's suggestion online and it didnt disappoint! Definitely the best I have found so far in the Region. My favorite pizza place for sure! Only wish they had dine in there..that would be great!!”

“Was served by an absolutely wonderful employee named Jack. He was super friendly and made all of our sandwiches perfectly and faster than any other subway I've visited. I will absolutely be stopping at this subway anytime I'm in the area and looking for something to eat! The service and restaurant was so nice that I decided to stay and have a bowl of soup.”

“We normally go to the light house restaurant for there frosted mugs of ice cold beer and a snack. Always great food and friendly staff. Tonight we decided to try the Friday night cocos dining room experience. WOW! what a treat first they transform their back room to a smoke free, dining experience. Nicely decorated, soft music with fresh cut flowers and candle lights on each table. There's special add ons to the menu as they try different types of cuisine. There's a unique drink menu and frosted mugs of beer on draft. To make it your dining experience is no less than perfect. you are served by the persons who just happens to be the chef and bakery chef and owners. Make sure you make reservations as to not miss out on this culinary experience. They serve from 5 to 8 pm on Fridays. We had the double pork chop,full slab of ribs. Bruschetta that was awesome . The ribs melted in you mouth nd BBQ sauce is to die for. The double pork chop is wonderfully smoked and cooked to perfection. Be sure to save room for the totally awesome cheese cake. “I liked this location a lot more before the remodel, but the service is much better here than the other locations in northwest Indiana. The DQ's in Valpo and Westville are horrible while this one is a stand-out! I highly recommend Hebron DQ”

“Junction by DW truly feels like a community. There are people of all ages: young adults, teens, and kids. It's hard to open up when you're new to line dancing and an outsider, but many of the women there will help newbies which accentuates that sense of community. I want to start coming here at least twice a month!”

“The employees were nice and welcoming. My daughter ordered a cinnamon roll and a caramel latte. I ordered a cinnamon coffee drink, cheese danish, and a breakfast sandwich for us to split. The cinnamon roll was amazing. One of the best! The Danish was ok. Her carnal latte was good. The pastries alone were filling we didn't even need to split the breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich was the only downfall part of it was ice cold. But overall our visit was very pleasant and we would recommend. We will definitely go again.”

“We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and Jordan and Nicole were so welcoming. They helped make suggestions on coffee and tea. The drinks were very well made and Jordan asked if we would like the banana bread we bought warmed up. Such nice personal touches in the coffee shop. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended if you are ever in the area.”

“I went in for carry out and was greeted immediately. Granted its a slower night but Tony was super professional and even jumped in to get my food going. I happened to notice the manager and flagged to tell him how great his staff was, clean the place is, and how we were looking forward to our meal. Turned out his name was Tony and he was going around making sure the lights were perfect, the orders were right and guests were greeted. Truly refreshing to see people taking such pride and enjoyment out of their job and serving great quality. A new favorite place for us to go and the price is exceptional for the great quality and tasty food. Check it out!”
