“I am a regular here! I love Ms. Janice and her husband. Everything I have makes me want more and I usually purchase two boxes of sweets every time I go. I also love the Sunday biscuits! I don’t eat pork or beef so I buy them separately! Before moving to Winfield, we lived with my parents in Gary and I would drive here just for the decadent desserts! I shared a pumpkin roll with my parents and his an and they were amazed at how tasty it was. We went back the day before Thanksgiving to get more and they were sold out so we opted for Bundt cake but was sore sad because had our mouths set on this roll. I’m gluten sensitive and I would always travel to Hinsdale for cookies and cupcakes and Orland for donuts, now I live 5 minutes away and must keep myself from going because if not, I’ll gain 50lbs. “Service here is amazing. The cookies are delicious, my family and I love them. They are a little bit pricey though. For a dozen cookies it's $36 but honestly the cookie is the size of an adults palm, they are huge.Parking: There are parking spots in front of the location, but also shared with other businesses in the strip.Kid-friendliness: I have never met a kid that didn't like cookies.“
“I requested a printed receipt from a cashier, who could not figure out the machine, went on to say that the store was not able to provide the proper receipt, suggested that I write it down myself on a piece of paper. I started to question the thinking behind the statement when a manager intervened, provided the receipt, when I questioned why she could accommodate my request and not the cashier she said " I gave you what you wanted, what more do you want!" Wow“
