The food was not fresh and worth the costs paid. The scrambled eggs had black stuff at the bottom and had liquid egg on the platter plate around the egg portion, showing that the grills are not cleaned well. It was the equivalent of ONE large egg. The hotcakes were not hot, but lukewarm. I would not recommend buying food from this particular McDonald’s restaurant. The people who work there do not care about providing quality foods and products.

Absolutely disgusting. Let me start off with the fact one of the MANAGERS Kristy makes the food with no gloves on and digs her hands in the fries . They take absolutely forever and suck at training new employees and treat new employees like crap. The service is so slow and they don’t worry about the people at the counter until it’s convenient for them. Now don’t get me started on my DoorDash order. Where they would have plenty of time to make plenty of fries you would think. I ordered a large fry and got less than half of it full when my food got delivered 😂😂 what a joke. Contacting corporate.

The lady that was working the front on 12/6 at 8 pm was awful. We waited 5 minutes without her coming to take our order. The gentleman that was taking the garbage out let her know we were waiting. Her response was “I know, I saw them but I’m too busy. If they want to order on the kiosk they can”. I over heard this but no one came to tell us. Please note there were no other customers in the restaurant. If she would have simply acknowledged us, we may have still placed our order but she still ignored our family. This worker definitely did not want to be there and do her job. I recommend avoiding this McDonald’s. I should have read other reviews before stopping in.

Tatum was an absolutely horrible server, i was waiting in line for 20 minutes for an m&m mcflurry and gave me a melted OREO mcflurry instead and when for it to to be remade she gave a dirty look and attitude. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Never going to this mcdonalds again, i’m telling friends and colleagues not to come here, and I will be letting HR know.

McDonalds is very convenient for me. Right down the street. The service at this McDonalds is very quick and efficient at both the drive through or eating inside. The staff is also great! I always order chicken nuggets because they are easy to eat while driving and I like the coating on them with Honey Mustard to dip my nuggets in. A chocolate shake makes this meal perfect. I love the rich chocolate flavor of the chocolate shack! While prices have gone up, the quick, tasty meal is worth the price. The McDonalds near my home is always clean, neat with a wonderful staff. I have always been very satisfied with my local McDonald's!! Thank you for being close to my home, and provide wonderful food, and a very friendly staff!!

Hi, I ordered a muffin today, and once again I didn’t get the Monopoly sticker that’s supposed to come with it. When I asked about it, the staff told me that “muffins don’t come with stickers,” but according to the official Monopoly info I found (I even have a screenshot), they actually should.
This already happened to me before, and it’s kind of frustrating — I just want to get what’s advertised. Please check with the store about this and maybe send me a replacement code or reward for the missed sticker.
Thanks for your time and I hope this gets fixed soon — I really like your Monopoly promo, but this feels unfair.
