“Rosati’s is our favorite pizza in the area. The food is always delicious, and we have tried a lot from their menu. I have never had an issue with any of my orders. Tonight I ordered 2 pizzas, an appetizer and an extra side of ranch. My order was missing the ranch, which was not a big deal to me at all. About 30 minutes after I got home, I received a call from Amy apologizing for not including the ranch. All the workers there are so nice, but that took their customer service over the top! I waited for my refill of water and nothing. I got up and went to pay my bill. Really sad just felt dismissed no sense of urgency to help me and my son. We had the salmon paired with the rice and mash.That yellow rice complimented the salmon perfectly. No complaints about anything on the plate. I devoured the catfish, mac and cheese, and candid yams. They were all favorites, cooked to perfection. I don't have the stomach room to try the lamb alfredo but if it's anything like the other 2 meals, I already know I'm going to love it. “I ate at this Charleys location for the first time in a while and lemme tell you, this place is amazing!!! Seems like new management because the place is ten times better than when I had it before. I ordered a philly steak cheese fries boneless lemon pepper wings and a strawberry lemonade and everything was ON POINT! The service was great too, the manager i believe his name is Jay was really nice and helpful. I noticed they have milkshakes but i had no room for dessert the food is so filling and worth the money, definently want to try that cookies and cream milkshake next time tho :)
