“Hands down one of the best customer service recoveries I've ever experienced. I had ordered a mobile counter pickup at another location for breakfast, but upon trying to enter the location (South Holland), it was locked. I left there and made my way back to Indiana. I inquired about how to receive a refund, and the manager at this location was super cool and understanding. Her and Jai'Khala (sp) were superb. Thanks“
