The only reason I give 3 stars is because the guy at the window dropped my food on the ground and just smiled and said sorry 😞. Offered no help whatsoever. I'm disabled and I had to try and reverse because other people were behind me so I can get out and pick my food up from the ground. The only help he gave was" the happy meal was still in the box " and closed the window. I had to knock on the window and get the rest of my order.

We ordered a 1/4 pounder with cheese meal. Fries were ok - a bit under done, the sandwich was not very good - very dry and seemed old. When I went back in to return the sandwich I was met by Ms. Turner, she was amazing - kind, patient, accomodating... a great manager. Truly offered a high level of customer service... after a very stressful day we are grateful for having someone that kind that helped fix the problem. Thanks again.
