I don’t mean to be rude cause they are young girls and I appreciate that they work but Dunkin should train their staff. They made mistakes with my/ my husband order twice . Not just this place but many other places. That put me off buying from Dunkin again. Never 👎 again
So my wife literally waited 15 minutes in a line behind only 2 customers to order. They have one girl behind the counter taking orders AND making drinks for present customers AND online orders. And then some other girl walks up, sees the line of 15 people behind my wife, and continues STOCKING gallons of milk rather than help serve customers. The girls that was taking orders and making the drinks moved as slow as she possibly could too. Ridiculous the lack of any sort of management...read full review
