waited about five minutes in the drive-through, this is supposed to be fast food. Only ordered one sandwich. Gave my order through the speaker, and we had to repeat ourselves more than once. Sat and waited to be heard for two minutes.
Terrible food, (the hamburger was cold and dry, cheese not melted, bread was hard around the edges and tasted stale) - over charging (can't get refund for 5 - 7 days, even though it was their error)and the worse Customer Service I have ever experienced (they were rude in responding to me questioning my order).
