I've recently had a string of less than satisfactory transactions with huntington, Indiana papa johns. nothing that a quick apology and a prompt resolution couldn't handle. however my two interactions with this business have lead me here. recently I placed an online order which was prepared and sent out incorrectly, not a big deal, however today is the straw that broke the perverbial camels back..I went in and placed an order. Stopped by Papa John’s and ordered two pizzas. I told the girl to adjust the time because I had to go to
The grocery. The name on my receipt was Holly. She was the only one in the store at the time. When I returned to pick up the pizzas they were hot and ready. She really did a wonderful job on the pizzas. When I got home they were delicious. Thanks Holly for doing such a wonderful job and for listening to my requests.
Tried to order online, would not accept order. Called and the man who answered, took the order and then gave my husband a different number to call to complete the order. When my husband did that he finally got the local store when she answered she said she could not take an order…… unbelievable.
But we didn’t have a problem, placing an order with Pizza Hut. Never again.
