We go to Saint Elmo‘s every year for my son‘s birthday. This year he turned 21. We have always had excellent food, excellent service and that is why we continue to go year after year. I also go for work events several times a year. We went yesterday, which was Super Bowl and did not have the best service nor food we have had in the past. The server said it was extremely slow due to it being the Super Bowl so I'm not sure if that is why or not. He was probably the least attentive server we've ever had and didn't even notice that my husband did not eat his meal other than one piece of shrimp and I may have had three bites of mine. The pasta was so rich and not sure if they changed the recipe or not. He only asked if we would like it boxed up. Maybe only go during very busy times! Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed this year.
Food was absolutely amazing and the service was even better!! Had a reservation on a Saturday night and was immediately seated upon arrival. That shrimp cocktail is delicious but it will clear out the nostrils & make you hear all the colors of the rainbow. Overall the best dining experience!
Our first time at St Elmo did not disappoint. The service and hostess were very friendly and the food was amazing!! The Filet and Prime Ribeye Oscar Style were delicious and more than enough! And the cheesecake!!! It was a religious experience. We will definitely be back to try something new.
Amazing dinner. We celebrated my daughter's birthday and had a fabulous time. Food was excellent and the service was outstanding. Thank you St. Elmo's.
Our 1st time in Indianapolis and at St Elmo's.. we were met by very polite hostesses and servers. The food and wine was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
The Filet was excellent. We tried the Bean soup, that was very good. The baked potato was perfect. The bread basket was not the usual bread basket, but was very good.
Quick business dinner, we opted for the basement seating. Great choice, a little quieter, and tad bit more space. St Elmo's never disappoints
We love coming to St. Elmo's for our special occasions. We know the food, service and environment will all be excellent every time!
One of the best steaks I have ever eaten. The shrimp cocktail was all that and a bag of chips.
The experience at St. Elmo's is always the same. Outstanding! The staff is a well oiled machine with greeters upon entering to the servers who clear the table efficiently to the expertise of the primary server. In our case, Tommy, was truly a professional! He was extremely helpful, very funny and a true gentleman! Can't say enough good things about our dining experience on my wife's birthday. Kudos to all!

My father and I visited St Elmo's on our way to Louisville. It lived up to its reputation and our server Chris knocked it out of the park. The steak was a little over cooked, but great nonetheless. Will be back when on our next trip that way.
From someone who has lived in Indiana majority of my life, I think St. Elmo is overhyped. The food was decent, and my drink was good. Our server Kyle was fantastic! The noise level was louder than expected. The building is neat. I'm glad we went but isn't something I'd seek out again.
Highly recommended for a charming dining experience. Great food and drinks and the best waiter service that pleasantly catered to our taste buds and dining needs.
This was my second time visiting and it was my wife's birthday weekend dinner. I so appreciated the Happy Birthday greetings she received from the hostess and the waiter. The meal was GREAT. Our steaks were super tender. Salads were good.
Parker Boone has to be the best, funniest, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, kind person there is in this restaurant! He made my first date night very special...a day I will never forget. Thank you Parker for taking care of me and Ashlee!
