The service goes above and beyond, even though it can get loud. The history adds to the great atmosphere, making it a must-visit for top-notch steaks and seafood. The food and service are excellent, with the server guiding guests through the gluten-free options. The environment is very welcoming. The prime rib is the best, and the famous shrimp cocktail, while spicy, is a signature dish. The Cowboy rib eye is cooked to perfection, and the drinks, though strong, are worth the price. The staff anticipate the guests' needs and provide exceptional service. The experience at St. Elmo's is always outstanding, with a well-oiled machine of greeters, servers, and a professional primary server who is extremely helpful and catering to the guests' needs. The steak is great, and the waiter service pleasantly caters to the taste buds and dining needs.
