I LOVE 7 Brew I always get iced. This morning I got a small hot blondie....why was it only a half of a cup? Paying over $5.00 for half of a small is insane! DO BETTER! If they had a working phone number I would have called.

Went many times for lemonade , always ask for LIGHT ice but this time was ridiculous. My cup was a large, filled with ice and I got four sips out of it… not light ice what so ever. My KIDS complained that they got only ice in their small lemonades, they got ONE SIP. Y’all need to slow down on the ice and actually give us drinks.. when I order light ice, did they take out three whole pieces? Won’t be going back, unfortunately.

Noticed some inconsistencies with the energy drinks. I get a few each week for my co workers and they always order the same thing but yet the drink seems different every time. Different color and flavor. It has to be hard to memorize all these secret menu drinks but maybe some refreshing on the menu from time to time wouldn’t hurt.

Sept 12: Lilly handed me my drink and said “this drink is nasty” GREAT!! If you have a comment on a drink that a customer orders you should probably keep that comment to yourself, instead of saying it to your customers face. Not only that but when I got my drink the raspberry flavor was left out so my drink was made incorrectly!!
Sept 14: same location….ordered my drink that I always get which is close to $9. After I placed my order and paid for, gave a tip and got to the front of the line then was informed that they were out of pineapple syrup. That’s okay I’ll take this other drink which is $7.77…wasn’t give the difference back in price after I, mind you I already tipped them $4. I also commented about the price difference. The gal said yep and handed me my new drink, said have a nice day and walked away!!
This specific location has a huge turn over rate and it seems the more younger girls they hire the ruder they are. 7 Brew has become my go to over Scooters and Starbucks, but lately with the rudeness and lack of customer service, interaction and incorrect orders. I may have to stop going to this place.
There doesn’t seem to be any supervision as they all stand around and talk a lot vs assisting customers right away.
