Costco does it again! I had 2 items to return one the Rao's eggplant parmigiana. It must of fell off the shelf because when I opened the box , both trays were shattered. I also had to return a pair of windshield wiper blades because they just didn't work with my car. Both were taken back without question. The clerk that waited on me was very pleasant and apologetic for the damaged item. Absolutely wonder service ! Naturally when you are in Costco you have to go into the store...read full review
Foods good but the selection is pretty lackluster compared to their main competitor, and the food court staff seem to be interested in getting you in and out as fast as possible with little attention paid to body language.I've had one person come up to the register and just stare at me as if they were waiting for my order. No 'hello' or 'how can I help you?'.
